The original installer had failed to install overflow pipes meaning that the when the outlets blocked the weight of the water buckled the deck below.
In this case we have had to take up the original roof structure, replaced the purlins, metal deck, re insulate and fit a new Trocal S Membrane roof.
We also installed 2 overflows.
